Q: What's the MOQ?
A: Support sample order. 500 pcs for OEM order is acceptable.

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.
Q: What about the lead time?
A: Normally, sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 3-4 weeks for formal order, details need to be confirmed based on each order.
Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 12-15 days to arrive.
Q: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 1 in 10000.Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new ones with new order for small quantity.
